Hatha Flow: This yoga class is for all levels, it begins with a short warm up, incorporates sun salutations to get the heart rate elevated, includes static poses to stretch the muscles and balance poses to work on focus and balance. The class ends with a cool down and savasana (the final resting pose). Yoga students are encouraged to work at their own level, to honor their body and their limitations and to go deeper when needed. If you have an injury, please be very mindful that the yoga class is designed for healthy bodies. We hope that we have created an environment in which people with injuries and limitations feel welcome in class and feel no pressure to do any of the poses that bring more injury or pain to the body.
