Kids will learn how to connect with their bodies through yoga practices and yoga games. We instill self confidence and support of each other as we learn how fun yoga can be!

Our kid yoga summer camps are designed for kids ages 4-6 and 7-10.
Not only do kids learn the healthy habits of yoga, but they also have fun practicing self-expression through art and music as well as an appreciation for science and nature through explorations of these topics. Most importantly we encourage the yogic practice of Ahimsa (being kind in thought, word, and deed to oneself and others)
Camp runs from 9:30-1:00 M-F
Cost: $165 per one week session
