KID YOGA CLASSES

Ages 4-6
To Begin again WEDNESDAY February 3rd
4:00-4:50pm
PLEASE PRE-REGISTER (limited class size)
$7 drop in or $40 for 8 classes
NO CLASS PRESIDENT'S DAY WEEK

Ages 7-12
To begin again in April.  More info to come

KID YOGA CAMPS THIS SUMMER.  More info to come.

Your child is welcome to drop in ($7) to any of the kid yoga classes as long as there is room.

If you would like to sign up for a whole session, the cost is $40 for the session (8 weeks).
No refunds please, but we can give you a credit towards any future yoga class or camp.

Kid Yoga Summer Camp
We had a great summer camp this summer, the kids were awesome!

A fun summer camp for kids ages 4-10 to learn:

* Self Expression through yoga, art and music
* Self Acceptance and how to have healthy bodies
* Ahimsa, being kind in thought word, and deed to all living things
* Discovery of nature and scientific principles.

Dates Summer 2009:
Ages 4-6
June 29th-July 3rd and August 3rd- August 7th

Ages 7-10
July 6th - July 10th and August 10th - August 14th

Times:
9:30-1:00pm (please bring a sack lunch)

Sample Schedule:

* Check In
* Yoga warm up and theme for the day
* Yoga class and games
* Science and Nature fun project
* Lunch/snack
* Music and Art Project
* Clean up and closing yoga

Cost: $150 for one week (it is possible to drop in for one or more days in the week if there is room)

All camps will be taught by classroom teachers or people with classroom experience. The camps will also be slightly different so that if a child would like to take the first and second camp, they may.
